Training Facility Hire

Our 2,500sq ft training facility is located a short walk from the regions famous shopping centre Merry Hill. It is located within a trading estate which has ample additional parking on the estate a short walk from the unit. The centre itself delivers training in the ventilation sector such as Air & Grease Technician, Fire Damper Inspection Technician and more recently now delivers RoSPA Safety Harness Training.

We offer a fully equipped classroom environment which caters for 28 candidates across 7 round tables with fully adjustable task chairs for a comfortable classroom environment.

In addition to our main classroom, we have a small Audio room which is specifically soundproofed to allow for confidential 1:1 teaching experiences for those students that may need some additional support.

Upon entering the facility you will find a small breakout area which has two tables with 8 chairs, this can be used for small meetings, or little breakout areas during training sessions.

For more hands on training, we have a large plantroom area which can be used for those training sessions with a more of a physical / hands on requirement. 

In addition to a fully equipped hot and cold drink station that offers a selection of hot and cold drinks on a self service basis. All catering is provided by a local external catering provider "Jenny's Kitchen" For all our training sessions, catering is ordered and delivered as a cold buffet selection spread which is then served in the breakout area at the given time. More details on what food is available can be provided upon request. Where food is required for training. A minimum of 2 days notice is required for all orders.  

Hire costs vary depend on what the use of the building is required. However, costs can be broken down in to areas and or half day or full day charges.

Costs for catering is dependent on the selection and is based on a per head basis starting from £10 per person. Full costs can be provided upon enquiry for those budgeting needs for your business.
